Path of Exile 2 players can earn skill points through Sacrificial Heart quest in Act 3

In Act 3 of Path of Exile 2, players can complete a side quest involving a Sacrificial Heart to earn two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points. This quest takes place in the drowned city of Aggorat on both Normal and Cruel difficulties. To obtain the Sacrificial Heart, players must defeat enemies in Aggorat, as each has a chance to drop the item. Once collected, the heart must be used at the Blood Sacrifice area, located in the northeast of the map. After performing the ritual, players receive two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points and two additional Passive Skill Points. This quest is unique to Act 3, allowing players to earn a total of 12 Passive Skill Points across all acts and difficulties.
