Path of Exile 2 introduces Sacrificial Heart quest item in Act 3

In Path of Exile 2, the Sacrificial Heart is a quest item found in Act 3, dropped randomly by enemies in Aggorat. It cannot be removed from your inventory and does not have a tracking quest. To use the Sacrificial Heart, players must locate a ritual site in Aggorat. This site is typically found by exploring the map, often up stairs in the northeast area. At the ritual site, players should pick up a sacrificial dagger and place the Sacrificial Heart on the altar. Interacting with the heart will complete the quest and reward two weapon set passive skill points.
