ORIX India receives Rs 300 crore investment for growth
ORIX Corporation India has received an investment of Rs 300 crore from its parent company, ORIX Corporation in Japan. This funding aims to support the growth of ORIX's leasing and financial services in India. The investment will enhance ORIX India's digital transformation efforts, improve infrastructure, and promote green mobility initiatives. The company plans to use this capital to expand its leasing, mobility, and financial services. Recently, ORIX India rebranded itself, changing its name from ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services Ltd to ORIX Corporation India Ltd. This change emphasizes its role as a comprehensive provider of various services in India. Yoshiaki Matsuoka, an executive with ORIX Corporation, expressed the group's commitment to supporting ORIX India’s expansion and its vision for the future of mobility and financial services in the country. Vivek Wadhera, the managing director and CEO of ORIX India, stated that this investment marks an important milestone for their growth and innovation in India.
