Ohio bus driver saves dogs from fire at students' home
Todd Morris, a school bus driver in Jackson Township, Ohio, rescued two dogs from a burning home on January 22. The house belonged to two students on his route, but the family was not home during the fire. Morris noticed smoke while driving home and rushed to the scene. He forced entry into the house, found the dogs, and carried one outside while leading the other to safety. The fire department arrived shortly after to extinguish the flames. The cause of the fire is under investigation, but it appears accidental. A GoFundMe campaign has raised over $30,000 to support the Fisher family, who lost their home in the fire.
