Oakville man obstructed police at Six Nations facility
An Oakville man was charged with obstructing a police officer Wednesday during a Six Nations investigation, after allegedly deflating tires to block an entrance. Francois Cadieux, 47, was arrested at the scene on Chiefswood Road, where police were executing a search warrant at a tobacco manufacturing facility. The facility was reportedly operated by a non-Indigenous criminal network. The Six Nations Police and Ontario Provincial Police have not released further details about the investigation or any other arrests. The police stated the profits were not used by the Six Nations community.
