Developer NTDEV has released a lightweight version of Windows 11 24H2, called Tiny11, designed for low-resource devices. This version can fit on a DVD, taking up only 3.54 GB, thanks to advanced compression techniques. Tiny11 requires significantly less memory to run, needing just 176MB of RAM compared to the standard 4GB for regular Windows 11. NTDEV has also created a text-only version that uses only 100MB of RAM by removing the graphical interface. These developments allow older and less powerful machines to run modern operating systems, showcasing NTDEV's ability to optimize software for minimal hardware requirements.
