North & Maple Kitchen and Bar to open new location in New Lenox on January 22

North & Maple Kitchen and Bar will open a new location in New Lenox on January 22, 2025. This follows the closure of Bulldog Ale House in December 2023. Owner Jimmy Kollintzas has renovated the space and trained staff for the opening. The New Lenox restaurant will offer a similar menu to the Tinley Park location but with a more modern atmosphere. Kollintzas describes it as a "casual class" setting, suitable for both family gatherings and date nights. Kollintzas aims to attract local customers, noting that many already visit the Tinley Park site. The menu will include a variety of American dishes and a selection of drinks, enhancing the dining options in New Lenox.
