Nitish Kumar opens six-lane Ganga bridge in Bihar

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inaugurated the state's first six-lane bridge over the Ganga River, connecting Patna to Raghopur. This new infrastructure significantly improves accessibility. The Patna-Raghopur section of the Kachchi Dargah-Bidupur bridge project is now open, allowing residents of Raghopur Diara to reach Patna in just five minutes. The CM emphasized the bridge's role in boosting the region's economy and improving emergency services. The completed section is 4.57km long, with the remaining phases of the Kachchi Dargah-Bidupur bridge project nearing completion. The bridge is expected to ease traffic congestion and improve connectivity across Bihar.
