Comedian Nigel Ng married lawyer Sabrina Ahmed in a three-day wedding celebration in Portugal. The event artfully blended Malaysian and Bengali traditions. The festivities in Sintra included a joint bachelor-bachelorette party, a sangeet honoring Sabrina's Bengali heritage, and a Chinese tea ceremony. A Western wedding ceremony and reception concluded the celebrations. The couple met at one of Nigel's shows and bonded quickly, with Nigel proposing under cherry blossoms in Tokyo in April 2024. They chose Portugal for its aesthetic landscape, which they felt reflected their backgrounds.
