NHRA announces full schedule for 2025 drag racing season

The NHRA has released its complete schedule for the 2025 drag racing season, marking its 74th year. The season will kick off with the NHRA Gatornationals in Gainesville from March 6-9, 2025, and includes key events at major venues. Significant anniversaries will be celebrated, including 25 years of racing at The Strip in Las Vegas and Route 66 Raceway in Chicago. The season will also feature the 15th anniversary of four-wide racing at zMAX Dragway in Charlotte. The schedule includes multiple series, such as the NHRA Flexjet Factory Stock Showdown and the Pingel Top Fuel Motorcycle series. The Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series will host 45 divisional and 21 regional events, starting February 20-23 at Firebird Motorsports Park in Phoenix.
