Neil Gaiman denies allegations, calls accuser a fantasist
Neil Gaiman's lawyers have filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit from former babysitter Scarlett Pavlovich, who accused him and his ex-wife of human trafficking and sexual assault. Gaiman denies the allegations, calling Pavlovich a "fantasist." In court documents, Gaiman claims that WhatsApp messages show their sexual encounters were consensual. He stated that Pavlovich expressed surprise at the rape accusations and assured him their relationship was consensual. Pavlovich previously stated she did not initially view her experiences as assault. Gaiman has faced other allegations of sexual misconduct but maintains he has never engaged in non-consensual activity.
