Miss Thailand earns acclaim with fourth place finish in Miss Universe 2024

Miss Thailand, Suchata 'Opal' Chuangsri, finished fourth in the Miss Universe 2024 pageant held in Mexico. This marks a notable achievement, as she was among the final five contestants. Suchata, a 21-year-old from Phuket, is a student at Thammasat University. She previously won several awards in beauty pageants, including Miss Universe Thailand in July 2024. The title of Miss Universe 2024 went to Miss Denmark, Victoria Kjær Theilvig, with contestants from Nigeria and Mexico taking second and third places, respectively.
