Minnesota window manufacturers Andersen and Marvin announce holiday bonuses totaling $67.8 million

Andersen and Marvin, two family-owned window manufacturers in Minnesota, announced holiday profit-sharing bonuses for employees. Andersen will distribute $50.8 million, averaging $3,923 per eligible employee, while Marvin will share $17 million, with awards ranging from $1,800 to $5,400. Both companies reported lower profit-sharing amounts compared to 2023, when Andersen awarded $55.4 million and Marvin $20 million. Despite challenges in the housing market, Andersen's CEO noted the company's growth and commitment to its workforce. Marvin highlighted several company milestones in 2024, including a new distribution center and a plant groundbreaking. Andersen also donated over $5.3 million to nonprofits, supporting community initiatives and employee volunteer efforts.
