Mike Flanagan's The Life of Chuck set for May 2025 release as part of Stephen King adaptations

Mike Flanagan's film The Life of Chuck will be released in theaters on May 30, 2025. This sci-fi drama is based on a Stephen King short story and follows a man named Chuck as he experiences his life in reverse after dying from a brain tumor. The film features a cast that includes Tom Hiddleston, Karen Gillan, and Mark Hamill. It has already won the Audience Award at the Toronto International Film Festival and received an 85% score on Rotten Tomatoes. The Life of Chuck joins other King adaptations like The Monkey and Welcome to Derry, marking Flanagan's return to feature films after six years since Doctor Sleep. A UK release date has not yet been announced.
