Migrant man faces charges for allegedly raping and impregnating daughter in Massachusetts
A 42-year-old migrant man is charged with aggravated statutory rape after allegedly raping and impregnating his 14-year-old daughter. He pleaded not guilty and is being held without bail in Marlborough District Court. The case emerged when school staff reported the girl's pregnancy last spring. The girl claimed her father had sexually assaulted her during their journey to the U.S. and after their arrival. DNA testing indicated a strong likelihood that the man is the biological father of the child born to the girl. He has not had contact with her since May and was living in a Worcester shelter as of January.
