Microsoft announces Windows 365 Link mini PC for cloud access in 2025

Microsoft has announced the upcoming release of Windows 365 Link, a mini PC designed for businesses to access Windows 365 in the cloud. Priced at $349, it connects to various peripherals and will be available in select markets starting April 2025. The compact device measures 4.72 inches square and 1.18 inches tall, making it easy to move within an office. It allows employees to log in virtually and use applications like Teams and Excel without local data storage, enhancing security. Windows 365 Link can be managed through Microsoft Intune, similar to other PCs. It features multiple ports, including USB and HDMI, and supports passwordless authentication methods. Competitors in the market include Citrix, Dell, and HP.
