Man charged with murder in Edmonton bus stop stabbing

A 24-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of 19-year-old Tre Delver in Edmonton. The police made the announcement on Saturday. The incident occurred on September 4, 2021, at around 3:30 a.m. Officers found Delver seriously injured at a bus stop on 118 Avenue. He later died at the scene. An autopsy confirmed that the cause of death was a stab wound. After nearly three and a half years without progress, police arrested Andy Michael Kytwayhat on March 20. Investigators say Kytwayhat and Delver were known to each other. Police have also stated that they are not looking for any other suspects in the case.
