Man admits dangerous driving, killing Limerick mother

A man, Danny O’Donoghue, indicated he will plead guilty to dangerous driving causing the death of a young mother in a Limerick court today. He remains in custody. The accused is charged with causing the death of Marguerita O’Rourke on December 21, 2024, and other offenses. O'Rourke had given birth to her first child four weeks before her death. The court adjourned the case for four weeks. O’Donoghue is also facing additional charges, including threats and property damage, related to the same date.
