Ours faces multiple charges, including attempted murder, while Brown is charged with aggravated assault. Ireland Brown, the bartender, has also been charged for her role in the incident. She is accused of hindering the response to the attack. All three individuals are awaiting court hearings, with Ours denied bail and remaining in jail.
