Ladakhi guard saves 47 snow leopards

Ladakhi wildlife guard Khenrab Phuntsog has rescued 47 snow leopards using basic tools, dedicating his career to protecting the endangered species. Phuntsog, who joined the Wildlife Protection Department in 2000, tracks snow leopards by reading signs like pugmarks and scent marks. His efforts contribute to population estimates, with numbers in Hemis National Park rising.
