Kremlin expresses readiness for talks with Ukraine but questions Zelenskyy's legitimacy

She highlighted Europe's significant financial and military support for Ukraine, totaling €135 billion. U.S. and Russian diplomats recently met in Saudi Arabia, marking their first high-level discussions since the conflict began. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukraine was not included in these talks, asserting that any agreements about Ukraine should involve Ukraine.
