Kite string kills Uttar Pradesh police constable while riding motorcycle

A police constable in Uttar Pradesh was killed when a banned kite string, known as "Chinese manjha," slit his throat while he rode his bike in Shahjahanpur. The incident occurred despite him wearing a helmet. The constable, Shahrukh Hasan, was on his way to the district hospital for work when the string became entangled around his neck. Eyewitnesses reported that he fell off his bike and died shortly after. Authorities are investigating the incident and have sent the body for autopsy. There has been a rise in similar incidents involving Chinese manjha, which is illegal due to its dangerous nature.
