Kendrick Lamar mural in Compton vandalized for second time

A mural of rapper Kendrick Lamar in Compton has been vandalized again, marking the second incident involving his artwork in the area. The mural, located at Tam’s Burgers, was painted by artist Mike Norice. Norice shared a video of the defaced mural on Instagram, noting it was damaged after a Dodgers game. Another mural by artists Sloe Motion and Gustavo Zermeño Jr. has also faced repeated vandalism this year. Lamar referenced the vandalism in his new song "Wacced Out Murals," which features mariachi singer Deyra Barrera. The song highlights the ongoing issues with the murals and connects the artists' efforts to Lamar's music.
