Katrina Kaif and Fawad Khan considered for Dhoom Dhaam

Aditya Dhar recently shared insights about his new film, Dhoom Dhaam. He revealed that the movie was originally called Raat Baaki and planned with a different cast. Dhoom Dhaam features Yami Gautam and Pratik Gandhi and has been well-received by viewers and critics alike. Dhar explained that the original version of the film was supposed to star Katrina Kaif and Fawad Khan. The production began in 2016 but was delayed. Dhar stated that the film’s story remained the same, but updated it to fit modern times. He added that casting decisions changed following the Pulwama attack, leading to the project being shelved. Afterward, Dhar made his directorial debut with Uri: The Surgical Strike in 2019. Interestingly, a segment featuring Sima Taparia from Indian Matchmaking was filmed for Dhoom Dhaam. This segment was supposed to connect the characters played by Gandhi and Gautam but was ultimately cut during editing. Dhoom Dhaam is directed by Rishab Seth and includes a talented cast, such as Eijaz Khan, Kavin Dave, Mukul Chadda, and others in key roles.
