Junior Taskmaster spin-off to debut on Channel 4 with new hosts and young contestants

The new spin-off series, Junior Taskmaster, will premiere on Channel 4 on November 8. It features contestants aged 9 to 11, with Rose Matafeo and Mike Wozniak as the new hosts, replacing Greg Davies and Alex Horne. Unlike the original, Junior Taskmaster is structured as a tournament with five heats, 25 contestants, two semi-finals, and a final. The younger contestants display both competitiveness and support for each other, creating a different dynamic. Matafeo and Wozniak noted that the kids bring a unique blend of competitive spirit and camaraderie, contrasting with the adult contestants from the original series.
