The residents reported multiple trespassing incidents by Todd Joseph since the injunction was granted. Joseph admitted to being on the properties but claimed he was servicing water utilities. His attorney expressed disappointment with the ruling but stated they respect the decision. An appeal to lift the injunction is pending.
