Jodhpur-Delhi Vande Bharat Express cuts travel time

A new Vande Bharat Express train will begin service between Jodhpur and Delhi, significantly improving travel times between the two cities. The train will cover the 620 km distance in approximately nine hours. The semi-high-speed train, designated as train number 04815, will operate as a special service, stopping at seven stations including Jaipur and Alwar. The fare is estimated to be around Rs 1465 for AC Chair Car and Rs 2945 for Executive AC. The train will depart Jodhpur at 2:50 PM and arrive in Delhi at 11:55 PM. The service is operated by the North Western Railway zone and will have 16 coaches.
