JHS Pedals to discontinue Ross Pedals line after disappointing sales
JHS Pedals will discontinue its Ross Pedals line, just over a year after its revival. Sales have sharply declined, with only 334 units sold since January 2024, following a total of 5,400 units sold by the end of 2023. Starting November 15, JHS will sell remaining Ross units for $79 each, a significant drop from the current price of $189. The decision comes after a buy-back revealed 1,000 unsold units, indicating low market interest. Josh Scott, the founder of JHS, expressed disappointment over the poor sales despite initial success. The Ross brand, originally founded in the 1970s, will be phased out completely after the current inventory is sold.
