JetSMART expands its Peru fleet, increasing flight frequencies

JetSMART is expanding its Peruvian fleet, leading to a 38% increase in both domestic and international flight frequencies. This expansion aims to improve air connectivity. The airline has added a new Airbus A320neo to its fleet, boosting weekly flights from 132 to 182. Increased frequencies will be seen on routes like Lima to Arequipa, Cusco, Piura, and Tarapoto, as well as the Lima-Cartagena route. JetSMART, known for its young fleet, has transported over 3 million passengers in Peru since 2022. The new aircraft features the Caraya Monkey, symbolizing the airline's commitment to the region.
