Interpol unmasked paedophile; he relocated to Canada

A convicted paedophile, Christopher Paul Neil, who used a "swirl" app to hide his identity, has relocated to Canada after his release from custody. Neil, a former school teacher, was arrested in Thailand in 2007 after Interpol "unswirled" his image, revealing his face. He was charged with sexually abusing minors and possessing child pornography. Neil, known as "swirl face," served time in both Canada and Thailand. He was deported to Canada after his release, where he had previously pleaded guilty to additional charges.
