Insomniac unveils enhancements for Spider-Man 2 on PS5 Pro as launch approaches

Insomniac has announced enhancements for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on the upcoming PS5 Pro, calling it the "quintessential version" of the game. Improvements include better ray tracing, increased detail, and the ability to play at 60 frames per second. The PS5 Pro, launching on November 7, offers a significant upgrade over the base PS5, which faced technical limitations. Insomniac confirmed there are no plans for downloadable content, despite fan interest. Additionally, a PC version of Spider-Man 2 will be released in January, marking a quick transition from the PS5 exclusive. Insomniac is also developing a Wolverine game, with fans hoping for a Spider-Man spinoff featuring Venom.
