India's Suzuki Fronx scores four stars in Japan

The India-made Suzuki Fronx, sold in Japan, earned a four-star safety rating in Japanese NCAP crash tests. This rating reflects the vehicle's performance in collision and preventive safety assessments. The Fronx, manufactured in India for the Japanese market, scored 84% overall, with 92% in preventive safety and 76% in collision safety. The Japanese version includes more safety features than the Indian model. Exports of the India-made Fronx to Japan have significantly increased, with a 364% rise in the second year. The Japanese model also features a mild-hybrid engine and all-wheel-drive.
