Indian taxpayers can now reprint PAN cards for ₹50 with new QR code feature
Indian taxpayers can now reprint their PAN cards for ₹50 under the new PAN 2.0 guidelines. The reprinted card will include a QR code and be sent to the applicant's email and physical address. Taxpayers can also update or correct their PAN details for free before applying for a reprint. They must identify the issuing agency, either Protean eGov Technologies or UTI Infrastructure Technology Services, based on their current PAN card. To apply, taxpayers need to visit the respective agency's website, enter their details, and follow the payment process. The reprinted PAN card is expected to arrive within 15 to 20 days after the application.
