IAS officer Rituraj now leads his childhood district
IAS officer Rituraj has been appointed as the new Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Koderma, Jharkhand, where he received his early education. This marks a unique opportunity for him to serve in the district of his childhood. Rituraj, previously the Deputy Development Commissioner of Koderma, completed his primary schooling at Jay Hind Residential School in Tilaiya Dam. He later pursued engineering at IIT Delhi and worked in the private sector before clearing the UPSC exam in 2018. Rituraj's previous postings included serving as an SDM in Godda and as the Deputy Development Commissioner in Koderma. He aims to improve the district's economic conditions and address migration through local employment opportunities.
