House of Abhinandan Lodha acquires 352 acres in India for ₹3,000 crore

The House of Abhinandan Lodha has acquired over 352 acres of land in major Indian cities for ₹3,000 crore. This marks a significant expansion in their portfolio, aiming to meet the growing demand for land investments. The new land will support plotted developments with a potential revenue of nearly $1 billion. The company plans to start development in January 2025, with a total development potential of over 15.3 million square feet. Previously, HoABL had acquired 850 acres over four years, delivering 150 acres on time. The company is also working on large-scale projects in various locations, aiming to transform land investment perceptions in India.
