Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend banned from three South Carolina bars before her death

Brian Hickerson, boyfriend of the late Hayden Panettiere, was permanently banned from at least three South Carolina bars in the months before her death, according to sources with direct knowledge. The bans from Hooters, Twin Peaks, and another Greenville bar stemmed from concerns over excessive drinking and intoxication, with sources saying Hickerson could become erratic and irate when drunk and often refused staff requests to leave. Panettiere was found unresponsive in a Greenville Airbnb she shared with Hickerson and pronounced dead August 16. His brother administered Narcan, and the death remains under investigation by state authorities and the DEA.
