Hasselhoff honored her late mother at Cannes
Hayley Hasselhoff honored her late mother, Pamela Bach, at the Cannes Film Festival by recreating a red-carpet look from Bach's past. Hasselhoff wore a custom red gown inspired by her mother's 1996 Golden Globes dress. Hasselhoff, 32, collaborated with designer Christophe Guillarmé on the gown, which was a tribute to Bach, who died by suicide in March at age 61. The model also wore diamond earrings and a tulle shawl, similar to her mother's accessories. She also wore one of her mother's sapphire rings. Hasselhoff, who founded the mental health initiative CHECKINWITHYOU, said the appearance was her first major public event since her mother's passing. She is also collaborating with Project Healthy Minds to support families who have lost loved ones.
