Hamas returns bodies of Israeli hostages to Red Cross in Gaza

Hamas has returned the bodies of four Israeli hostages, including Kfir and Ariel Bibas, to the Red Cross in Gaza. The handover included their mother, Shiri Bibas, and Oded Lifshitz, who was 83 years old. Kfir Bibas was just nine months old when he and his family were abducted during a Hamas attack on Kibbutz Nir Oz on October 7, 2023. Hamas previously claimed the boys and their mother were killed in an Israeli airstrike, but this was never confirmed. The bodies were transported in black coffins, each adorned with a photo of the deceased. Lifshitz's wife, Yocheved, was also taken but released two weeks later.
