Hamas reports deaths of young hostages Kfir and Ariel Bibas and their mother, bodies to be returned to Israel

Hamas announced that Kfir and Ariel Bibas, aged 2 and 5, along with their mother, are dead. Their bodies will be returned to Israel this week. The family was kidnapped on October 7, 2023. Israel has not confirmed the deaths but expressed concerns about the hostages' well-being. Hamas leader Khalil Al Hayya stated that the bodies will be handed over on Thursday. Additionally, six living hostages, some held for over ten years, will be returned on Saturday. This follows a missed deadline for Hamas to release three living hostages.
