Non-sterile needles may have been used at a Burlington clinic for over six years. Halton Public Health is warning patients of the Halton Family Health Centre Walk-in Clinic that improper infection control practices may have exposed them to cross-contamination and infection transmission. Patients who visited the clinic between January 2019 and July 2025 are advised to get tested for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV.
