These community meetings, held every Friday, address local issues and streamline the housing application process. The selection process has been sped up through the use of the Awas Plus App, which allows for online surveys. This change enhances transparency and simplifies housing construction. Previously, applicants had to visit government offices to apply. Now, they can use the PMAY Mobile App, with document verification done at the Tehsildar's office.
