A website allegedly selling Malaysians' personal data has been blocked since last year. Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil stated the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) blocked the site and contacted its service provider. The website, Caghi, reportedly aggregated data from various public sources, including government departments, and was selling it for approximately RM210.90.
