Google enhances Gemini AI with improved accent recognition and new features

Google's Gemini AI is receiving an update to improve its understanding of various accents and dialects. The new version, Gemini Live, enhances live chat capabilities and translation functions across multiple languages. In addition to better listening skills, Google plans to introduce screen sharing and live video streaming features for Gemini Live. Users can manage shared content through their Gemini Apps Activity, with options for auto-deletion. Google is also focusing on AI agents, which allow Gemini to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. The new Deep Research tool enables Gemini to browse the web and generate reports, offering more functionality than the standard chatbot.
