Glen Rovers to face Sarsfields in 2025 Cork GAA championship draw

The draws for the 2025 Cork GAA championships have been completed, introducing new group structures. Unlike previous years, there is no distinction between the top and bottom seeds, leading to a more balanced competition. In the Premier Senior Hurling, Group 1 features Munster champions Sarsfields, Glen Rovers, and Fr O’Neill’s. Group 2 includes Midleton and Newtownshandrum, while Group 3 has Blackrock, Douglas, and Kanturk. On the football side, champions Castlehaven face Mallow, Newcestown, and Valley Rovers. Promoted Carrigaline joins St Finbarr’s and Clonakilty in Group 2. Éire Óg, recently relegated, faces a tough challenge in their Senior A group.
