Ghaziabad's registration department had record-breaking revenue this fiscal year

Ghaziabad's registration department saw its highest revenue ever in the 2024-25 fiscal year. They handled 131,238 property registries, earning ₹2,856 crore, achieving 92% of their target. This surpasses the ₹2,549 crore earned from 122,335 registries the previous year. Revenue growth was driven by new residential areas such as Raj Nagar Extension, Crossings Republik, and Wave City. In comparison, the revenue from trans-Hindon localities has almost reached its maximum. The government provides rebates, including those for micro, small, and medium enterprises, and for women. A draft Master Plan 2031 proposes significant land expansion for development, indicating further potential for future growth.
