A 36-year-old German man has set a new world record for extra-heavy push-ups, completing 1651 repetitions in one hour. Ilja Mazar from Dusseldorf achieved over 27 chest-to-ground push-ups per minute. This marks his second Guinness World Record, having previously set the standard for regular push-ups in May. Mazar, an influencer and photographer, began his push-up training two years ago and plans to pursue records with added weight.
