Fylgja mount now available for purchase in Final Fantasy XIV

In Final Fantasy XIV, players can now earn the Fylgja mount, a unique dragon companion. Fylgja is a descendant of Ratatoskr and is known for supporting heroes. To obtain this mount, players must participate in PvP battles. Before the recent patch 7.2, Fylgja was only available as a reward in PvP Series 2, which took place in 2023. Many players missed out on this chance. However, with the new patch, past rewards are being made available again. Players can now earn Fylgja by collecting Trophy Crystals, a currency used in the game's PvP modes. To get Fylgja, players need to join PvP matches and accumulate Trophy Crystals. They need a total of 14,000 Series EXP to earn 5,000 Trophy Crystals. Various types of PvP matches offer different amounts of Series EXP. For example, winning in Crystalline Conflict gives 900 EXP, while winning in Rival Wings grants 1,250 EXP. Players will receive EXP no matter the outcome of their matches. Additionally, participating in daily Frontline roulette gives extra EXP. After gathering enough Trophy Crystals, players should go to Wolves' Den Pier and speak to the Trophy Quartermaster to exchange for the Fylgja Horn. Once the Fylgja Horn is obtained, players can summon Fylgja directly from their inventory. This allows them to travel throughout the game world with ease.
