Fortnite simplifies reward unlocks with new XP system starting December 1

Epic Games has announced changes to how players unlock rewards in Fortnite. Starting December 1, 2024, players can earn XP from any game mode to progress through the Music and LEGO passes, simplifying the reward system. The new system will replace Festival Points, Studs, and Battle Stars, making XP the sole method for obtaining rewards. Players can claim rewards manually or use an Auto-Claim feature. Additionally, players will be able to purchase a limited number of rewards directly from the battle pass, replacing the previous option to buy individual levels.
