A seven-year-old boy from Singapore, named Noah, died in a car accident in Johor Baru. His father and domestic helper were seriously injured in the crash. The accident happened on March 16 when a lorry collided with their car. Noah was a passionate football fan and had planned to join Soaring Dreams FA, a local football academy. To honor him, the academy is organizing a fundraising event to support his family with funeral expenses and medical bills. The fundraising efforts were announced on the academy's Xiaohongshu page. The founder, surnamed Wang, shared that Noah had cousins who were previously part of the academy. He expressed a strong desire to help the family during this difficult time. Noah's father and the helper are still in the hospital, and medical costs are expected to be significant since the accident took place in Malaysia. The charity event, called a kickout, will be held at Yio Chu Kang Secondary School on March 30. Participants can donate directly to the family’s PayNow account. The academy also plans to present Noah’s family with a custom jersey featuring his name. Wang noted that soccer was a beloved activity for the whole family, and it is tragic that Noah could not fulfill his dreams. The accident occurred at around 10:30 PM when Noah's family was driving along Jalan Pantai. A lorry hit their vehicle, resulting in Noah being thrown from the car. He was taken to a private hospital but sadly passed away on March 17. Other family members sustained minor injuries and have since been discharged. The lorry driver tested positive for methamphetamine and was driving without a valid license.
