In Fallout 76, Brain Fungus can be found in several key locations. The best spots include Wendigo Cave, Kerwood Mine, and the side tunnels of the Big Bend Tunnels. Wendigo Cave has the highest concentration, with around 100 fungi available. Brain Fungus can be eaten raw or cooked to restore hunger and health. However, consuming it raw increases radiation exposure and disease risk. Cooking it is safer and allows players to create dishes like Brain Bombs and Brain Fungus Soup for better health recovery.
